Deposit & Payment Terms
- A $100 deposit (card, cash, check, Zelle) is required to reserve your party date. This deposit also serves as a damages deposit and will be refunded in full after pick-up, provided that all rental items are returned in good, clean condition.
- Full payment is due at the time of party setup (card, cash, check, Zelle).
Party Setup & Expectations
Starlit Twinkle does not move or rearrange furniture. Please ensure the designated party space is cleared and ready prior to agreed upon setup time.
- Setup Includes:
- Indoor tent setups
- Inflatable mattresses with fitted sheets and mattress pads
- Themed decorations
- Individual trays
- Cozy fleece blankets
- Pillows: For hygiene reasons, pillows are not provided. We recommend informing party guests to bring their personal sleeping pillow.
- Food & Beverages: We kindly ask that no food or drinks be consumed inside or near the tents, especially items that may stain or damage the linens or decor.
- Party Facilitation: Starlit Twinkle does not provide supervision or facilitate party activities. Our role is to deliver and set up your chosen theme, then return the next day at a pre-agreed pickup time to collect all rental items.
- Add-On Options: Additional items or upgrades (such as balloon garlands, party favors, or glow packages) may be available. Any agreed-upon add-ons will be documented in an attached Addendum to your contract.
